We engaged Candy Snyder as our real estate agent when we sold a townhome in October of 2011 and most recently when we purchased another townhome as our primary residence in June of 2013. It has been said that we were quite fortunate to sell our secondary residence in a very down market. The listing period was relatively short and we feel that we received a reasonable price considering the market conditions at the time. Shortly after that sale was completed, we began the search for a new home in Summit County even though we were not in a position to buy at that time. 04/05/2011 - BVincent80401 Bought a home in 2010 in Silverthorne, CO 80497. What an easy experience... Candy didn't complain at all when we kept adding to our list of condos we wanted to see. Her emails helped us focus on only the properties that would work for us, and more importantly updated us automatically when important items like listing prices dropped. We had pretty much decided on a unit when we got an update for a property where there was a price drop into our price range. Long story short, we went under contract on the price drop unit the next day. Candy's suggestions for lenders were great, and everything was painless. We'll do some remodeling soon and hope her handyman is as good as the rest of the team! As if the 5 star rating isn't enough, I would highly recommend her.
