About Candyce

Candyce has lived and practiced real estate in many places. Her real estate career began in Tennessee where she also obtained her finance degree. With big plans to get a finance job and change careers after she graduated, her love for helping people find their dream home was too strong so she canceled her Morgan Stanley interviews and pressed harder with her career in real estate. She could not leave this profession, it found her and it is exactly where she is supposed to be. She specialized in military relocation and custom home builds while serving the home buyers of Clarksville, TN.

The military then moved them to Sacramento California where she had the privilege of working alongside a national leader in residential real estate sales - Michael Soares. While servicing the Sacramento market she specialized in working a seller’s dominant market and sharpened her negotiation skills and tactics. Candyce learned how to win the multiple offer bidding wars against all cash offers and how to give her buyers hope after the losses. She learned how to become the neighborhood expert and to nurture the people of her area. The military has now brought them here to Alexandria VA where they plan to retire, and Candyce is building real estate team of her own. She is now becoming the area specialist of her neighborhood of Fairfax and serving the home buyers of Northern Virginia.
