A native of Arizona and a Northern Arizona area resident since 1992, Capri is well versed in the challenges and opportunities in the northern Arizona land markets. She has been instrumental in revitalizing the residential real estate market in Northern Arizona, playing a significant role in transactions that brought new builders to the area and new opportunities for local builders. Her established relationships with landowners, lenders, investors, developers, and builders have benefited both buyers and sellers while assisting her in becoming a respected leader in the land brokerage industry throughout Northern Arizona.
Capri is a member of the Prescott Area Commercial Group, Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, and the National Association of Home Builders. She has served for many years as a volunteer with various women’s, children’s and youth organizations, and as a court appointed special advocate with CASA of Yavapai County, an organization that works for the welfare and best interest of children in foster care.
