I've been a licensed agent since 2003, just recently joined a team with another dynamic broker Lindsay Schwebke, together we are called Enchanted Lifestyles Team. We've got 2 buyers agents, Tommy Pannullo and Kayla Peacock, and a transaction coordinator. I've seen all types of markets and can work them all, the customer always comes first in my book! I also sell vacant land, manufactured homes and builders spec. homes. I have lived in the East Mountains for most of my adult life, and I office out of Cedar Crest, I'm a full-time broker and Real Estate is my job! I've been active in community events, especially in the Edgewood area. I stay on-top of the market and the information that people need to make informed RE decisions, doesn't matter if you are a first time home buyer, or a seasoned investor. I've won top Individual Agent awards within my Cedar Crest office for 10 of the 12 years I've been a Realtor, I also have my CRS which takes extensive training and experience to earn. Born in Raised in Iowa the middle child in a family of 11 brothers and sisters, we moved to Texas in the mid 1970’s. I have lived in New Mexico since 1982 ,, and 23 years in the East Mountains. When I am not busy with real estate and I enjoy sports car and 24 hr. Lemon's racing all over the southwest and traveling with road enthusiasts, also enjoy biking, cooking and gardening.
