About Cara

Growing up in a family that owned several commercial properties in the south, Cara Connolly was exposed to the world of real estate at a very young age. She gained hands-on experience in buying, selling, and leasing properties, often dedicating countless hours to painting and maintaining large buildings. Early on, Cara came to appreciate the demanding nature of this work and the significance of building authentic relationships in one's life.

Cara pursued her education at the University of Arkansas before relocating to Austin, Texas, to embark on a career in financial sales. However, in 2003, Cara made the decision to leave behind her business attire and high heels, answering an invitation from a childhood friend that led her westward to Vail, Colorado.

Upon her arrival in Vail, Cara Connolly became a valuable member of the East West family of companies. She initially joined the corporate marketing team at Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate. In 2008, she obtained her real estate license, enabling her to engage in property transactions within the state of Colorado. Subsequently, Connolly was entrusted with the launch of East West Hospitality's luxury home rentals division. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working with some of the most distinguished luxury homeowners and rental clientele in the Vail Valley.
