Building on that success, Cara took the next major step in her career by establishing Coastal Vibes Luxury Realty, with the brokerage launching in September 2026. Her vision was to create more than another real estate company—she wanted to build a brokerage where agents have a voice, receive the support and education they need to grow, and work together in a culture focused on integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client service.
