Cara wants to live in a world filled with innovative businesses, coffee that gives her energy from 5-9 and a force field around her that repels Facebook, Instagram, and every other social media platform during the day. As a professional dancer with more than 10 years of experience, she is worked for NDC and Dare2Dance in her career competing all over the United States from East to West and earning multiple prestigious awards. She is a regular contributor to the dance community in Tennessee. Cara was voted “Performer of the Year” by the judges of the National Dance Clubs of America and has been featured in multiple local magazines as well as Dancing with the Nashville Stars. When she is not dancing, she is creating courses to help buyers, seller and investors in the Nashville TN and surrounding areas. On Sundays people can bet she is hosting an open house and door knocking most Saturdays, studying the real estate market, or answering the question “why” for the eleventy-bajillionth time. Her love for Real Estate and her clients allows her to give a service beyond what you would expect from a professional in the business. As a bilingual Realtor she is able to help a wider range of clients. She has also started to explore the "Fix & Flip" side of her industry and she is excited to continue investing in her education in all areas of real estate.
