Cara worked with my boyfriend and me for the last THREE years helping us find our first house. We were very particular about the location, which I'm sure made it more difficult for her, but she worked with us without any complaint or hesitation. She personally sent us houses that fit our needs/desires (again, for literally years), she promptly responds to every text and call, answered every stupid question I had (questions that I probably asked multiple times, too), and taught us things to look for when house shopping that we would have never considered. When we finally started the closing process our home, she got us answers from our lender when we couldn't get in touch with them (for this, she is a godsend btw!). She worked with inspectors and the owner to get a few things fixed in our house despite being purchased as-is.

I know everyone has a friend who is a realtor these days, myself included, but using Cara was the best decision we've made throughout this whole process. We tried a couple of other agents in the beginning (sorry Cara!) but quickly realized she was the most apt for the job. In addition to her knowledge and expertise, Cara is just all around a great human. She is exceptionally kind, has a great sense of humor, and is very personable. She made the whole process easier, and we plan to use her as long as she is in the industry. If you're currently comparing realtors, this is your sign! Go with Cara!

Working with Cara has always been a pleasure. She helped us find a rental and in buying a house. She is a wonderful listener and everything we wanted/needed was taken into consideration. My wife and I were first time homebuyers looking to move to a completely new area in the middle of a pandemic. That is a lot to manage for a realtor, and I've spoken to enough of them in our on-again-off-again search for a home the last 4 years that I can say not everyone would have gotten us to our settlement date, let alone made it look easy.

Cara started with the very basics - she took us to a few houses to give us an idea of the market, showed us around the area and took us to a couple places we might not have found without her. Once we found our house and were willing to put in an offer, she held our hands all the way through closing. She answered our many, many, many phone calls, texts, and emails. And she has a great network of associates, from financing and home inspection to contractors. We had what we needed throughout the process and beyond.

We were not the easiest clients to work with, I'm sure. We had a million questions and plenty of anxiety. That said, looking back, I am amazed at how easy and pleasant this homebuying experience was, and I know that it would not have been that way if it weren't for our realtor.

I whole-heartedly recommend Cara for anybody looking to buy a home, and we will 100% be going back to her for any real estate needs in the future.

If anyone is looking for a realtor I highly recommend Cara. She not only sold my house in one day but the process of leading up to the sale was a great experience. Cara took care of staging the house with furniture. She helped me out around the house to make everything look presentable. Though out the whole process I never needed to call for an update because I was always kept informed of statuses and changes. She constantly stayed on top of people to ensure everything went as planned. Overall she is well organized and very determined which is exactly what you need though out the stressful process of buying and or selling a home. Thanks again Cara!

Cara is, hands DOWN, the best thing that could ever happen to your home buying/selling experience. Just when we thought it would be impossible to get our little beach cottage sold, Cara swooped in and introduced us to Compass and the Concierge card option. Because of the monetary boost the card allowed us, were finally able to get the repairs done to bring the house to its FULL potential for selling. Cara was with us every single step of the way, and advocated for us as if it was her OWN home she was selling. If you need an agent who is as smart and kind as she is a hustler....this is your gal.
