I am proud to lead a company set apart from the traditional Real Estate model, and have been building relationships with Buyers and Sellers since 1997. I am happy to call most of my clients friends and am glad that they, in turn, send me referrals of their family and friends who need a Realtor they can trust to handle one of the most important financial transactions they will ever have. Referrals are the best compliment that I can receive and I am happy to have referrals as a staple of my business.

I hold a designation as a CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) which equips me with a smart and strategic negotiating power for helping my clients obtain their Real Estate goals. With constant market changes and shifts, this tool is an extremely important part of my fiduciary abilities to my clients. Since less than 1% of all Realtors possess this designation, it really sets me apart and provides an advantage for the clients who choose me as their Realtor.
