You could pick up the phone right now and contact any realty agency in Franklin County and within 10 minutes be set up with any number of random realtors. Maybe these realtors could represent you adequately, but if you're anything like me, my time and the time of my family is precious, my house, my home, where I raised my most prized possession, my children, is on the line, and making such an important decision was something I didn't want to do without first taking adequate counsel, I questioned friends, family, acquaintances, and scoured reviews, and within days knew Cara was the one for my family.

It was with a heavy heart that we called Cara, who listed our home; our sanctuary, where we first heard the sweet cooing of our ever-growing infant children, watched, as they took their first steps, and as I hoisted them onto my shoulders, and faced the setting sun, expecting the day's victories and defeats to last forever as the tides of time, shifted, slipping from present into past, the cooing one day sprouted into carefree laughter, soon after the stamping of hastened feet filled our home, as my children now three and seven, explored every inch, every nook of our little kingdom. We knew one day our family would outgrow our little home, and with the promising change of every season, our children only grew bigger, bolder, and brighter. I knew the time was hastily approaching, our home would be etched only in our memory, and that day seemed to only quicken with each sunrise and subsequent sunset.
Cara was there every step of the way, helping my family write the final difficult chapter of our little kingdom. Knowing she was right by our side, providing unwavering guidance, counseling, respect, and professionalism gave me immense comfort, and I wouldn't have any other realtor.
I tell you this story because it may be similar to your own, you have no doubt written your own story, or maybe you're ready to write your own, and searching for someone to represent what you have built or what you're preparing to build, your home, your kingdom, and your most prized possessions, your family!

I would give her 6 stars if I could!! My wife and I wouldn't go with anyone else to help us find our home. She is always on top of her game and has a great sense of what her clients' needs are. She'd rather you be 110% content with your home, even at the cost of a potential sale. No one else is going to have your back like she does.

Cara is as good of a person as she is a real estate agent. She helped us sell our house and was extremely patient with us as we searched for a new one. She always responded to our phone calls.
