We are very pleased with the service we received from RE/MAX Leisurely Living. We had already relocated to another state during the sale of our home and Cara was very responsive to all our needs throughout the process. Cara provided all the service you would expect along with the small things like buying a replacement battery for our fireplace remote and returning our WCTL router.

McCormick is such a small close-knit community where you really do know most everyone. After living there nearly seven years we are close friends with most of the realtors in town and the decision of who to list with was not an easy one. When we are on vacations in other areas of the country we will stop and look at pictures of homes for sale posted on the window of a realtor in the shopping area of town. RE/MAX Leisurely Living’s location next to the Chamber of Commerce was a major selling point for us. Our house was on the market 35 days when we signed a contract and 62 days when we signed the closing papers. Looks like we made the right choice!

Tom Greene was our realtor from Leisurely Living. We were struck by Tom's genuine interest in finding the best circumstance, house and neighborhood for us. His patience as we explored various options was exceptional. And once we decided on our house, he was exceptionally supportive. Not only did he do what every realtor should do, he went way above and beyond, providing us with info before we even realized we needed it. He answered our questions before we had them and--even at the closing--he brought the paperwork we needed for utilities, etc...things we hadn't had time to deal with...Tom was one step ahead at every turn. An absolute pleasure to work with.

Cara is a professional with a great can do attitude. She made my house buying simple and swift. She negotiated in a way I never would have thought of; changing closing date instead of increasing financial offer.
She was also helpful in facilitating an furniture deal between me and a difficult seller.
I would, and will highly recommend her and her partner/husband to anyone looking for a real estate agent. They are both easy to work with.
