Cara Wright was exceptional in finding us a home in a very limited amount of time. She was extremely knowledgeable concerning the available home inventory, not only in the specific area we were considering, but neighboring markets as well. Her response time to communications was immediate and very thorough. We looked at a large number of homes and she never wavered in her enthusiasm; she just keep tenaciously moving forward. Cara was totally focused on our financing process and worked with our mortgage officer to ensure all went without a hitch. She was adamant in her involvement with the walk-through and the creation of the punch list. And when there appeared to be a delay in the closing, Cara was aggressive and effective in moving it ahead.
