This is a update to my previous review: Caren again went above and beyond in helping me; this time it was finding an ethical and reputable realtor in Italy. She researched agents in the area in which I had inherited an apartment and connected me with one that was part of an international relocation program. Soon after arriving in Italy, I had an appointment which went well and I signed with the agent. Without Caren's help, I don't think I would have ever found this agency because there are so many in that small city. I trust Caren completely because not only is she an effective agent, she is someone with high integrity. I wish I could give her ten stars instead of five!

Caren Christen went above and beyond to help my husband and I find a home in an area we would love when relocating to Reno from the Bay Area. Never having been to the Reno/Sparks area, we were at a disadvantage as to which areas to begin our home search. Caryn was very patient with us as we figured out which neighborhoods to focus our search and was very responsive in answering our multitude of questions by phone and email until we met in person. She patiently showed us many homes in a few areas she thought would be ideal for us. After we found the right home, she expertly negotiated the buying process and was always a calming presence during a very stressful period as we sold our Bay Area home and moved out of state. She is truly a gem of a realtor and we will rely on Caren to help us with our next move. Not only is she a very experienced realtor who is extremely knowledgeable about the Reno/Sparks area, she is a consummate professional who truly cares about her clients. Anyone who is fortunate to have Caren as their realtor will undoubtedly appreciate her professional expertise as well as her caring demeanor and attention to detail. She made our move to Reno a very positive experience and we are very grateful to know her.

Caren helped my wife and me find our home eleven years ago and we were so favorably impressed that when it came time to sell that home she immediately came to mind. She is a dream to work with, and is very knowledgeable. She also is extremely thorough and conscientious. I don't hesitate for a moment giving her my highest recommendation.

When my wife and I decided to move to Reno, a good friend referred us to Caren and we're so glad she did. Caren listened carefully to what we wanted and provided excellent guidance and professional service every step of the way. She communicated with us frequently and was very patient with us as we learned the area and revised our plans.
Simply put, Caren's knowledge, experience and high-touch service approach make her an excellent choice for anyone who needs a caring realtor in the Reno area. I rarely write reviews, but she earned it. She's that good.

I could go on and on about how much we adore Caren. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. When Caren helped me sell my house, my wife and I had just had our baby and we were moving to our new house. Caren quickly took over, took on a lot of the work on my behalf and really made things easier on me. On top of that, she got us top dollar. I highly recommend her!
