Carey Carlson Former Director of Industrial Development for Plum Creek Timber ( Weyerhaeuser ). As an innovative leader with more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of the Marketing of Industry Development, his breadth of knowledge encompasses Land acquisitions, Leasing of industrial sites, and distribution development operations.

Carlson began his Real Estate career Working as Director of commercial and industrial development for Plum Creek timber (Now a Weyerhaeuser company) through which he honed his skills in finance in the development and marketing of large real Estate Projects.

•Managed as a former VP of sales for Independent Aggregates Company in the Florida region.
•Former president of the FICAP (Florida Independent Concrete and Associate Producers) Organization.
•Member of ACI (The American Concrete Institute) and PCA (The Portland Cement Association).
