Carey is amazing. From the moment we connected, she assured us that she would do everything she could to help us find a home. We truly felt like valued clients and that she was there to work for us, not just trying to get a paycheck. Carey made sure we understood all the options we had to be competitive in this market. When walming through homes she pointed out anything and everything she noticed, from the quailty of certain brands, to storage space, to possible issues that could arise during inspections. She helped us visualize what our home could look like as we walked through without EVER pressuring us into anything we were unsure about. It was clear she wanted us to find the right home for us even if it took longer to get there. She is extremely knowledgeable on all things home/realty, offered sound advice whenever asked and was a total SHARK during negotiations. Carey made sure she did everything in her power to get the home we wanted. When it was time to roll up her sleeves and act on our behalf, she didn't hesitate at all. The effort and negotiation she put into the negotiation process, in my opinion, is the reason we got our home instead of someone else. She went above and beyond to help schedule inspections, amend the contract quickly as needed and be a dependable resource at any time. On several occasions she worked outside normal business hours to ensure we were getting things conpleted as quickly as possible. She was available at the drop of a hat whenever needed and very flexible with her schedule. While I certainly didnt expect her to work outside business hours, I was impressed and felt extremely valued by her doing so. She always made sure we knew that she was available and it was her pleasure to help us. 10/10 would work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone. I'd give her higher than a 10 if the scale allowed for it. Thank you, Carey!

I have worked with Carey for years now and she has always been a pleasure to work with, she has helped us with the purchase process of each of our rental properties, but this time she helped us with the sell of our primary home, she told us exactly what we needed to do to get it ready to sell, and I believe all of her recommendations paired with our hard work with getting those recommendations completed is the very reason we had the success we had and also with us being able to except an offer the very first weekend. Carey was always very responsive and extremely quick to get me any documents I needed for the purchase of our new home.
