I have worked with Carey for years now and she has always been a pleasure to work with, she has helped us with the purchase process of each of our rental properties, but this time she helped us with the sell of our primary home, she told us exactly what we needed to do to get it ready to sell, and I believe all of her recommendations paired with our hard work with getting those recommendations completed is the very reason we had the success we had and also with us being able to except an offer the very first weekend. Carey was always very responsive and extremely quick to get me any documents I needed for the purchase of our new home. Anytime anyone ever asks me if I know a realtor I always happily give them her name and will continue to do so.

Carey is THE best realtor. Very knowledgeable about the market, and value of property. She does not give you the run-around, and tells it like it is. She has helped us multiple times over the past 8 years, and has sold our properties within hours, minutes, really. I feel like I'm her only client, at the time, because she is very responsive to messages, and will make time to be available for anything you'd need. Great experience every time!

All of it was the perfect experience. in selling my home she advised us in what to do to make it marketable and sell fast we took everything she said to do and did it! Let me tell you, Carey is my hero! I had bought my home from her in 2014 and had such a great experience that when it was time to sell I went back to her.
