Service above self is my mantra. As a former educator, I enjoy teaching people about the process of buying and selling a home. I've enjoyed living in the Bold New City of the South for over twenty years and heave earned my Certified Negotiation Expert, Military Residential Specialist and Relocation Specialist designations. Helping people in St. Augustine, Yulee, Jacksonville Beach, Julington Creek Plantation, Avondale, Riverside and San Marco are just some of the areas you will find my signature Red Adirondack Chairs which I give as closing gifts. When helping buyers, I'm focused on resale as I work to become a family's Realtor for life. I live in JCP with my husband and youngest daughter of five kids. We enjoy beach time as a family and the many music concerts and sporting events in the area. My hobby jobs include teaching fitness classes at Bailey's Health and Fitness. I'm an avid reader and enjoy learning every day about real estate as the market changes. My education includes a BA from Florida International University.
