Cari grew up in International Falls, Minnesota, where Rainy Lake and a love for sports shaped her early years. She took that energy to the University of Minnesota-Duluth, playing collegiate volleyball and building the kind of teamwork and drive that now fuel her real estate career.

For a while after college, Cari worked with a construction firm framing apartments in North Dakota. That experience gave her a deep appreciation for the industry and sparked a lasting passion for real estate. She soon found her stride in sales at ERA Pederson & Associates, earning a reputation for integrity, dedication, and results.
