Carissa Mastriano is absolutely the best ! Within a few weeks of working with Carissa, we were already living in our dream home! And, we still cannot believe how incredibly stress free, quick and effortless our home buying experience was !! Carissa and her army of support staff made our experience as easy and smooth as possible - from finding the right loan broker to a home inspector and a real estate lawyer, things came together like magic! I cannot say enough about what a positive experience I had selling my home and purchasing a new home with Carissa as my realtor. The sale of my home had many unforeseen obstacles and I wasn't sure that ending up in our new home would happen. Carissa was incredible! She was calm and focused and guided us through the process. She was an incredible problem solver and assembled the most amazing team including our mortgage broker and attorney to make sure we closed. She dealt with difficult personalities with the utmost professionalism and kindness. With her guidance and expertise, I sold my house for $60,000 over asking and purchased my dream home for $10,000 less than asking in this market! Through it all Carissa was so much fun to work with and is truly a wonderful and genuine person and an expert in her field.

Carissa is amazing at what she does. She exudes confidence, is extremely professional, prompt in her responses and very knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and such a pleasure to work with. She was the listing agent on a house we were interested in. We didn’t end up making an offer but we were so impressed with her we asked her to work with us on finding a home. When we did find that perfect home, we asked her to sell ours which was an hr south. This was out of her territory but knew what to sell it for, how to maximize what the house and area had to offer and she got it sold in 2 days! Would highly recommend using her.
