Carissa brings 25+ years of real estate, investing and marketing experience to her business; ranked in the top 1% of agents by production and sales volume in Arizona. She is the creator and Team Lead of EVOLVE with Realty ONE Group; recognized with Scottsdale REALTORS® Forty Under 40 Team Award. She specializes in buyer/investor and seller representation, having sold $125M+ in homes in the last 5 years alone. As an avid real estate investor herself (with a number of vacation and long term rentals in Scottsdale), she is uniquely qualified and passionate about working with investors and primary homeowners alike, as they build financial freedom through real estate.

Carissa hails from the beautiful Finger Lakes area of upstate New York, graduating from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. Her book ‘You Can’t Get There From Here’ was endorsed by two NY Times best-selling authors. She resides in lovely AZ with her partner, Team EVOLVE’s Angel Reyes and their pup Primo.
