Carl Adams

Licensed since 1994, Carl excels at being able to quickly assess client needs and has a proven ability to bring those with competing goals to common ground. In addition, Carl leverages his expert knowledge in Tech Marketing, including multi-dimensional internet broadcast marketing, social media and digital video, and is a Global Property Specialist ensuring the capture of the largest possible network of buyers. He has served twelve terms on the Associate Leadership Council of his Keller Williams Market Center.

Carl holds degrees from both The Antonelli Institute, Mercer County Community College and Eastern University, where he graduated with Distinction, was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Society and received the Distinguished Thesis Award. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors,
and the Tri-County Suburban Realtors Association. He has served on the PAR Board of Directors since 2021 and has been an instructor since 2020.

He has two adult sons and reside in Havertown, Pennsylvania.
