Carl was there for me from start to finish! He came to my house months before I put it up for sale and gave me advice on what to do to get it ready. He nailed my sale price, exactly on market and I even sold above asking. There was excellent communication for all showings, and feedback. After my sale, he made prep for closing seamless.
