The entire team at Carl Hawthorne is amazing. My family and I went through a cross-country move and needed to move unexpectedly fast throughout the whole process without being present in the area to view and shop homes. Carl and everyone involved went above and beyond to walk through homes for us, take us on video walkthroughs, and share their insights and feelings about the homes and neighborhoods to help guide our decision. Most importantly for us was Carl's extensive knowledge that he has developed from his engineering background and from owning multiple businesses related to landscape/home design and construction. Carl is everything that a great Real Estate Agent should be. I have used Carl and his team multiple times now and he always leaves me feeling like I was part of the family. He is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, even though I'm sure he is juggling many other clients. That gave me the feeling that I was a priority and important. Carl and Emily are the best!!! We worked with them twice, both for our initial move from NJ to GA for a rental property and them a year later when we were ready to find a permanent home.
