Carl Henderson

Carl Henderson brings more than 30 years of combined experience in the financial industry and real estate. His extensive background and practical business insight allow him to deliver sound, strategic financial and real estate solutions to clients across Texas.

With deep knowledge of the real estate finance process, Carl works closely with a wide network of lenders to help clients navigate what can often be a complex and challenging lending landscape. For the past two decades, he has been recognized as one of the top real estate agents in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Carl also has a strong commercial real estate background, with experience spanning commercial office buildings and funeral homes throughout the state of Texas. His leadership extends beyond his professional work: he has served on the board of the Fort Worth Black Chamber of Commerce and on the Finance Committee for the Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains, Inc.

A native of Dallas, Carl is a proud graduate of Houston-Tillotson University in Austin, Texas.
