Carl Henderson has served on the board of the Fort Worth Black Chamber of Commerce and Finance committee for Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains Inc. Carl Henderson is a graduate of Houston-Tillotson University in Austin Texas and is native of Dallas.
