My experience working with Carl was fantastic. Carl went above, and BEYOND to get me into a rental home.
I was working on my credit, but had a score of 530 at the time. I had given up on finding a property to rent, after being turned down several times.
Carl did not give up however.
Carl continued to set up showings, talked with SEVERAL property owners, and successfully got me approved for a home that I absolutely LOVE.
Carl will go out of his way, he is on top of EVERYTHING, and won't stop until his client needs are met.
I never imagined I would be renting my own home, while working to build my credit. One day soon, I will buy a home, and I will definitely be calling Carl when I am ready to do that!

Nice guy showed me lots of places before I found the one I’m in. Also helped my son get his first home. I think he does a ton of work to help find the perfect place
