Carl was so patient with me during my 2+ year search for a home. He took the time to preview homes to weed out the ones that he knew I wouldn't like and always ready no matter the time or day. Once I found a house I liked, he negotiated on my behalf and got me the house of my dreams beating out other higher offers because of his reputation in the area. I recommend him to all my friends and family. In fact, he impressed me so much I married him.

Carl did a great job helping me get started with an investment property. Overwhelmed as one would be who has never invested he gave me great info on past and potential appreciation, cash flow, and the tax benefits real estate provides. I definitely recommend him and look forward to doing business with him in the future!

I have used Carl several times over the years when both buying and selling my homes (as have family members). He is personable, easy to talk to and super helpful. You can tell he is someone firmly entrenched in the industry giving great insight on the market, types of homes, advice on what’s realistic/what is not, and the nuances of the financial side of the business as well.

As a seller, he gave us great advice on how to price our house right to generate a great response and for us it resulted in multiple-over-offer bids. He made terrific suggestions on staging your home for maximum impact and also works with a professional photographer which makes a huge difference (no dark pictures too close-up of meaningless corners of your home like you sometimes see).

As a buyer, he was very patient knowing exactly what we wanted and that we were passively looking over a period of 2 years. He would still keep an eye out for something that fit and would let us know as not to miss out on anything. Once we “actively” started looking he hooked us up with multiple listings every week and was very accommodative of doing the showings. Finally, he gave great advice on how to structure our offer to maximize our chances of getting our ideal home. Spoiler: we did and for a price we couldn't believe.

Carl also is great explaining the financial and legal sides of the process as far as types of mortgages and hooking us up with professionals that were also great and took a lot of the stress/guess work out of the process. We couldn’t more highly recommend Carl.

Carl is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and has amazing connections in the Yardley/Langhorne/Newtown area. We originally decided to commit to him because of his reputation in the area but when life threw a wrench in our plans and we had to switch to a different part of PA (poor guy has to drive an hour each way to the new location), we decided to stay with him due to his professionalism. We really enjoyed working with him and we especially appreciated that he is very informative, patient and NEVER pushy, even though we are very specific in what we're looking for. This guy is super responsive and even spent who knows how long to write an offer for us on his BIRTHDAY (which we didn't realize until after). We highly recommend Carl and his expertise to anyone looking for a patient, expert realtor who is willing to go out of his way to make sure his clients feel taken care of.

Update: We are fully through the process and are now home-owners! We are extremely grateful for Carl's help and honesty throughout the way. He has definitely been our guide and advocate when issues arose. During our walkthrough, he went through the whole house and helped us look for issues. When we did hit a snag and the other side needed convincing, he went above and beyond to make it work for us anyways. Thank you CARL!!!!

We've been using Carl as a realtor for a few years (our fault that it took so long, not his). Due to some changes in our situation, we switched the location where we were looking to quite a distance away so he essentially had to start from scratch. Due to our incredibly positive experience with Carl, we knew that we definitely wanted to stay with him even though it would be quite a drive for him.

Despite the distance, Carl was on top of sending us houses and checking in with us on ones that he knew we would be interested in. He would even screen houses for us and let us know before hand if a house happened to be missing something we wanted (like an unusable back yard, etc) so that we wouldn't waste our time. He is very responsive, even at odd hours, and was very good about working with our schedule so that we wouldn't miss any opportunities. He cultivated new relationships with listing agents in our new area which is particularly helpful during this crazy housing market. He even sent out letters to potential listings to ensure we get in on the ground floor.

We have now found a house thanks to Carl's dedication and diligence. He has helped walk us through the process and has given us solid advice. He's definitely honest when answering our questions, even if it makes more work for him. We're grateful that we found a trust-worthy, diligent, and super patient realtor to fight for us in this crazy market. We highly recommend Carl to anyone who is looking to buy or list in PA or NJ!
