My wife and I selected Carl Ong from Corcoran Platinum Living to be our Realtor for the sale of our home in Eastmark, AZ.

My experience with Carl was fantastic. As a first time homebuyer, he was able to answer my questions in a way I would understand. His app made the search process easy. I was able to limit the search to price and location. He was very quick to respond to my requests to go look at houses, even if requested on the same day. He was great with negotiations and putting my interest first. Carl worked late to get the offer prepared, inspection, and appraisal scheduled to make the process flawless. I highly recommend Carl as your realtor.

Carl worked as the buyer's agent. Carl's iOS app was critical to the selection of properties to view and later walk. The technology created a seamless experience where a property could be saved then easily discussed over the phone and then schedule a home visit. Carl was responsive and a good negotiator; this is important in this very aggressive market. Carl worked late into the night to ensure all the offer documentation was accurate and timely. Highly recommend.

Carl has been great to work with. He sold our house in 1 day because of his preparation setting up the pictures and video tour. He understood our concerns of having people waking through the house and was very considerate when he scheduled showings. Fortunately the second group of people put an offer that was accepted. Just waiting to close in 10 days and we look forward to our new house. (Also purchased through Carl Ong and Shadow Hawk Realty)
