Carl Patterson

Carl is a lifelong resident of Rock Hill South Carolina. He attended Northwestern High School, York Technical College, and Spartanburg Methodist College. Carl started his real estate career with one of the area’s top real estate firms. Carl knew that in today’s competitive business environment, it often takes more than just motivation and initiative to succeed. Carl earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation which is why he stands out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate.

After a year in general real estate brokerage Carl decided to work on site with new construction so that he would know how homes are built and how developments are created to help build his knowledge for his career. Carl collaborated with multiple builders over the years including Adams Homes, True Homes USA, and Regent Homes.

Carl won multiple awards for top sales and productivity with each builder that he worked with. In 2010 Carl Patterson wanted to put his vast knowledge of new construction and sales training to work alongside a listing professional so he and Meg Bradley decided to create a real estate team. With the idea of creating a top producing team they felt it was necessary to create the team with the top real estate company in the Charlotte area, Keller Williams Realty in Fort Mill South Carolina. May of 2021 Carl and Meg decided to move their team over to the world's fastest-growing real estate brokerages, eXp Realty!
