Carl Richmond has been a Realtor® in Charlotte since 1988 and he has experienced all kinds of markets - great, good, so-so, bad, and terrible! Because of this, he feels he has a strong command of market trends, particularly in southeast Charlotte and Union County. Carl works both as a Buyer's agent and a listing agent because he believes to perform well as a Buyer's agent you also must have expertise as a listing agent (and vice versa). Carl’s goal is to have a completely satisfied client and he strives to make sure this happens. Carl grew up in a family that moved frequently so he has particular empathy for relocating buyers - Carl has been there and he knows what you are going through! Carl and his wife Whitney have 3 wonderful daughters and we have called Charlotte our home since 1986.
