I'm currently in the process of buying a new house and selling my current house. I am SO happy I chose Carl Vagle to be my realtor from Desrochers Realty Group. Carl has been very accommodating, responsive, and trustworthy throughout my entire experience. He has made this already stressful process less stressful for me. He has communicated with the financial team, home staging team, inspection company etc. for me just to reduce my stress. He truly has gone above & beyond to make this process seamless. I 100% recommend him to my family, friends, & coworkers to assist during a time of buying/selling. Not only was Carl outstanding, but the rest of the Desrochers Realty Group has been wonderful. The photographs they took of my current home were BEAUTIFUL! They use professional cameras and drones to capture your homes full potential. They even create flyers to hand out during open house. If you chose, they also have a "staging professional" who comes to your house to provide advice on how to stage each room. I'm just blown away by the teamwork within the Desrochers Realty Group and I cannot thank Carl enough! My house was on the market for a total of 5 days before I received an offer!
