The sale of 2833 Grier Nursery was our family's 3rd time using Carla as our agent and she'd taken such good care of us in the past, there was no question that we'd ask her to go through this transaction with us as well.
Even in a hot market with plenty of other clients, Carla took the time to help us decide which upgrades to make to prepare the house to sell for what we wanted, staged it beautifully to help buyers see its full potential and had it expertly photographed. She even helped us connect with service professionals to get the jobs we needed done.
From this and our other transactions, we know that she painstakingly writes listings and reviews offers and final contracts to make sure every I is dotted and T is crossed-no last minute surprises in her sales!
Her knowledge is impeccable. She took the time to go over offers which were very similar, explaining the details of the finances to help us finally choose.
Carla also truly cares about her clients, getting to know them and their families throughout the process. If you want to, (and you will) you will be a part of her life for years to come.

Carla͏ is the BEST!!!!
We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Carla this past Spring when selling our home. She went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Carla gave us helpful home staging tips and hired a photographer to showcase our home online and on social media. She made herself available for multiple open houses to help sell our house quickly. From start to finish she was very responsive, energetic, kind, and professional. Carla is a FANTASTIC Realtor and I highly recommend her for your buying/selling needs!!!! She’s simply the BEST!
