I would recommend Carla for your real estate needs. She was a great help in our purchase of a house while we were residing in another state. She knows the Rehoboth Beach area well and has trusted professionals to recommend for all of the other needed services when purchasing a house (home inspector, locksmith, etc.). She also shared expert insights while we were looking at properties...things we had not thought of and were glad that she mentioned. We are super pleased with our decision, and with her help, our home purchase was smooth sailing!

Carla was simply wonderful helping us find our sanctuary during this pandemic. She always accommodated our weird schedule so we could see houses in Rehoboth Beach (sometimes with only a couple of hours notice!).
