About Carla

Carla’s real estate career began in 2004 when she became a Regional Director for one of the most significant private real estate development, management, and investment firms in the world. She holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from Western Kentucky University.

After working on the commercial side of the business with financial advisors and high net-worth investors and learning a great deal about the valuation of real estate, she decided to use that knowledge to develop a career in residential real estate and is currently a co-owner at Aspen Grove Real Estate Group.

Carla’s goal as a realtor is simple: happy clients.

Buying a home is typically the largest purchase a person will ever make, and she knows how emotional the experience can be. Carla is a pro at guiding her clients so they can feel confident and empowered with their decisions in both the short and long-term.

Since Denver, Colorado’s real estate market is so highly competitive, she’s able to bring a clear, objective perspective to home-buying situations. She guides her clients to avoid making decisions out of fear. Often talking her clients out of overbidding and overpaying, saving them a ton of money in the process while still ensuring they’re buying a home that meets all their needs and wants and, in the timeframe they require.

Carla is also an expert in the home selling process and knows how every bit of negative feedback can feel like a personal attack. She helps home sellers detach emotionally from their home so they can make top dollar while finding a family that will take care of it and love it just as they have so they can move onto their new home as quickly as possible.

When she’s not in the office, Carla spends her time with her two boys and her husband, Paul. They live in Golden, Colorado, in their 1960’s house that they’ve completely renovated. Carla loves renovations, and one of her biggest assets is that she can see the potential in any home!
