Carla is wonderful. 11 years ago she helped me find my first home, and in 2021 she helped me sell it! Way back when, Carla spent a year helping me find my first place, so I knew she would be a dedicated realtor for my sale.
Carla skillfully guided me through the process of showing and selling my home, taking time to explain the numbers and legal language I had no bandwidth for. She assured me when I worried, and responded promptly to my many questions. Carla took care of most everything for me, which is exactly what I needed as a first time seller. Additionally, Carla has a great sense of humor and is lovely to work with!

She consistently went above and beyond to ensure we not only found the right home, but understood the entire process. As first-time home buyers, her knowledge and experience was immeasurably helpful at every step. She answered our questions and kept us informed so we could proceed with confidence. We bought in a seller’s market and homes were being snapped up quickly. Carla’s responsiveness and flexibility was a huge asset, getting us in to see potential homes on short notice as soon as they were listed so we would have a chance at them. Carla helped us relocate from Seattle to the San Diego area - in a pandemic - and helped us feel really good about the value of the home we were buying even though we weren’t able to spend as much time pounding the pavement in “real life” as we wanted. From going out and touring properties to us over Duo or WhatsApp to walking us patiently through the differences in the process of buying in CA, Carla was our partner the whole way.

Carla is absolutely fantastic! She listens and communicates well. She provides thoughtful and genuine feedback about the homes we want and have looked at. Best of all, she’s caring and not judgmental.

She’s been in the real estate industry for a long time and understand it’s process and “game”. She helped my wife and I with a foreclosure purchase. Foreclosures is a tricky purchase and she was always one step ahead of the game. I would recommend her to my family friends!

I felt so lucky to have Carla as my agent. I admired her dedication, patience, and integrity throughout the process of selling the family home and buying another place to live. I was completely new to home-selling and -buying (my homeowner mother put it on me to do much of the process while she worked full-time), but with Carla's guidance and representation, I felt confident with, and focused on, the tasks required on my end that made this experience as smooth as possible. Not to say that I was never stressed or uncertain in the process, especially during the beginnings of the pandemic. But, the two things I was always sure of, were that Carla was doing above and beyond as our agent, and that she, and the people on her team, are just really good at what they do.
