By far the best decision that I made was reaching out to Carla. I was referred to her by a coworker and I cannot be happier with my experience. I was a first time home buyer so I had many questions to say the least. She gave great insight on the home buying process, what is typical vs not, and what to expect. I found myself asking her "what would you do?" and she always helped me weigh the advantages and disadvantages. Carla quickly gained my trust. She reached out to the sales manager and superintendent, often without my knowledge, which kept them on their toes I'm sure and to ensure that they were transparent with me. She drove to the property for what seemed like every week to check on the status of my home and sent photos. She was prompt in returning my calls, always professional, made me feel like she had my best interest at heart, and was thoughtful to buy a gift for my newborn and his brother. With the uncertainties of the market and how the pandemic impacted materials, I found myself exploring other options. Carla reasoned with me which kept me from making irrational decisions. She advocated for us throughout our home homebuying process and I couldn't imagine how it would have been if we had someone else. She even surprised us with a gift after closing. I have friends that did not have a realtor when buying a new home, and family who did not get the same level of service. I am beyond pleased to have had Carla as my realtor and I would recommend her in heartbeat!

We live out of town and she coordinated the entire sale without us leaving our home. She dealt with our tenant and every inspection and repair. She was by far the best realtor we have ever work with. Carla is a true real estate professional. During the initial consultation, she provided her plan for my listing. As soon as I prepared my home, her team was ready for photographs and to list it within a day. Upon listing, I had a solid offer in one day. Over the next several weeks, Carla continued to always communicate instantly whenever small items would come up. This made the entire process from listing to closing seamless.
