Carla Spreng-Webb

Carla joins us with over 25 years of residential and investment related real estate experience in Scottsdale, Arizona, Los Angeles, California and Estes Park, Colorado. Carla is very familiar with the Estes Park and surrounding area having grown up on a farm nearby and spending time here throughout her life. Her parents retired and moved off the farm to Estes Park twenty years ago. Through Carla’s experience in Real Estate comes an understanding that no matter how long you are in this business, it is always changing. No two deals are the same, and they constantly have new circumstances in which to find the best outcome. Not only has the industry changed, but so has the way consumers are buying and selling homes. To be a good Realtor, they constantly must find ways to be innovative, educated, and in tune with what is important with our clients. “It’s All About the Details.” Besides helping prospective new community members find their “dream home”, Carla is passionate about and looking forward to giving back to the community through volunteer work and meaningful causes. She was recently initiated into The Estes Park Women’s Club, is very active with Newcomers and is a board member of the Estes Park Women’s Golf Association. Carla is an avid golfer and enjoys hiking, skiing, book club, yoga, photography, and fishing with her dad.
