We listed our home with Carla and her team in Boca Royale of Englewood Fl. The team did an excellent job in having the pictures taken and posted, the property write up and staging the home. The entire team was exceptional with communication, responding, doing open houses and keeping us updated. Most importantly Carla’s team had the home under contract in about a month with a quick closing. I would like to add that we were in NJ with major health issues and surgery. Carla, Alex and the entire team made it seamless for us during a difficult time. I would strongly recommend Carla’s team be used in either buying or selling.

Our experience selling with Stiver First was excellent. They provided a thorough and thoughtful market evaluation. Once we gave them a go-ahead, they had a stager help us get ready for the photographer. The photographer took lots of easy to understand interior and exterior photos as well as drone photos. The resultant listing highlighted all the features of our condo and its location.
The communication with Carla and Alex was excellent from our first meeting through closing. They always replied promptly when I called or texted.
I rate their performance EXCELLENT and would recommend them unconditionally.

Oskar Nuut is a gentleman and the consummate real estate professional. We were introduced by a mutual friend and former client of his. We had been communicating via email and phone for the previous 6 months. During that time he provided guidance, answered all our questions and did not try to influence our decision. We traveled to Florida in September and spent 2 full days with Oskar. Day 1, we met with a builder whose designs and floor plans we liked. Then we looked at 6 houses that were on the market both in Rotonda and Port Charlotte. This gave us an opportunity to see what we were looking at in our price range. By the end of the day, we decided on the build option. We went back to Oskar's office to look for available lots. We selected 3 to visit the following day. No pressure, just good advice. We picked a lot and made an offer. By the end of the day our offer had been accepted and we signed a contract to build a house. It was an amazing experience.

We were looking to buy a home in the Southwest Florida area and came across others who had recommended Sandy. We were not disappointed. Sandy had a great understanding of the area and quickly understood what we were looking for in a home. She showed us homes thorough zoom and facetime, and she gave us her honest opinion of each home. Purchasing a home can be stressful. Purchasing a home when you are out of state….well, that was something we weren’t sure we could pull it off. It was a risk that we were taking, getting in touch with an agent based solely on her reviews. Once we spoke with Sandy on the phone, we knew we had made the right choice! She proved to be not only an outstanding agent, but someone that we could count on beyond the point of sale.

Sandy knew we only had one weekend to look at houses. She gave us lots of choices before we arrived in Florida, and guided us while we were making our final selections. She was very organized! We looked at homes back to back and Sandy kept us on track. She kept us focused on the points that mattered to us the most in a home and in the end, we purchased our dream home!

But Sandy didn’t stop there! One of the contingencies was that we could pick the new back-splash for the kitchen. Being in New York and buying a home in Florida meant that we would have to choose the back-splash online. Sandy went above and beyond for us by going to the tile place and using FaceTime so that we could choose the right back-splash! We could not have done it without her help. She was honest and we really appreciate her professional opinion. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to come to Florida for the final walk through. The closing on the house had to be done remote. Again, Sandy went above and beyond for us, being “our eyes” to make sure the house was OK and even recommended a house watcher for us until we can get down there.

We would recommend Sandy to anyone looking for a home, whether you live local or thousands of miles away. She took the stress out of buying a home. We didn’t just find an agent; we made a new friend!

I decided to sell my wonderful condo in The Preserve at Windward Cape Haze, a hard choice as I loved it there. Carla and Celeste came by and loved it and put together a marketing plan at a list price that reflected a value more in line with this lovely area and the quality of the condo itself. I was leaving town for a few weeks so they quickly set about getting in a professional photographer who did a fantastic job of visually representing the unit as well as its fabulous preserve setting and a stager who tweaked room settings to maximize appearance. They also promptly scheduled a weekend Open House. Within less than a week from placing my property in the MLS they had a contract close to list price. Carla shepherded the entire process and stayed in touch with me all the way through. She even attended my closing at my attorney's office. I cannot say enough about what a great experience this was due to Carla Stiver and her team of pros.
