Carl helped us find and buy our home -- a place we loved and raised our kids -- 23 years ago. When we decided to move, Carl skillfully guided us through selling the house with great advice and patience. If he worked in Spain (where we retired to), we would have gladly asked for his help again.

We first met Carl when he helped us to buy our house over 20 years ago. We had such a good experience working with him that we called him again last year when we decided to retire to Spain. He gave us great advice for preparing the house to sell. We gave him a challenge due to our tight timeline from selling to moving. He handled everything with ease, and we closed the sale three days before we flew out of the country!

Carl Hedner was truly exceptional! He was professional, knowledgeable and diligent in every aspect of the service he provided in selling my house. His responsiveness was incredible. If, on one of those few occasions, I needed to leave a phone message, he would respond as soon as possible - even while he was away for a long weekend, which I was not aware of, or I would not have called him. He was always pleasant and never dismissive.

In the process of selling my property, he gathered data from other similar, recently sold homes in the area, which is done by all realtors, but what differentiated him from others, was the plan he put forth for selling my property, that ultimately led to my securing a very favorable outcome; one which I don’t think could have been better - I believe that I secured the 99th percentile of what was possible at that time for the property. I was very, very satisfied with the result!

Additionally, he was willing to listen to my input and concerns and incorporated that into the overall selling plan, which again, had a very favorable outcome for me. Carl was able to assist me in every step of the selling process. His experience in handling many such transactions (decades of transactions - experience that can only be accumulated thru time) was comforting to me and essential to my success in selling.

You can rest assured, Carl Hedner is one of the true gems in the real estate business. I would gladly turn to him again to represent me in selling or purchasing a home. He is an outstanding realtor. Thank you Carl!
