Realtor Carlos Barron is a 5-star agent.
He went above and beyond my expectations of listing my mother’s “fair conditioned” estate. He oversaw & coordinated his team of home improvement experts (electricians, plumbers painters, window installers etc.) in its renovation. His expertise in choosing modern fixtures, appliances and lighting enhanced the home’s beautification.
The lawn and garden improvements greatly helped in its backyard and curb appeal. All the changes brought the “fixer-upper” house into a turn-key home! He is knowledgeable and trustworthy with updated daily communication. He is easy to work with 🙂. He treated my mom’s house like it was his own. It was a pleasure working with him. Thank you Carlos for all you did.

First time working with Carlos. But, definitely will not be the last. He is the upmost professional, patient and informative individual I could of asked for when selling my house. Not only that...took his time to answer questions I had about the tenants notice to vacate also.
