Carlos began his career in Real Estate as Regional Director of Century 21 Master Venezuela with the supervision of more than 127 independent brokerage franchises and 1,800 real estate agents. During his time in C21, he achieved the highest growth in operations in the last 4 years and awarded for LATAM's highest growth in franchises (2017). He currently serves as Vice President of Optimum Corp (partnership with Gilvan Realty Corp)
Additionally, Carlos has developed strong skills in the evaluation and negotiation of properties, product of more than 20 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing areas at multinational companies (Consumer Goods - Newell Brands and global brands - Paper Mate, Expo, Sharpie, Liquid Paper, Graco, Goody, Irwin, Contigo and Rubbermaid) in Colombia, Venezuela, Central America and the Caribbean. The foregoing has given him a great advantage in approaching positions and negotiating in a multicultural environment such as Florida.
