My wife and I moved from Virginia to Indiana and we had a tough time finding a realtor. Carlos answered our call after the first ring. We tried contacting multiple realtors with no success, but luckily, Carlos answered. Once we arrived, Carlos met us on the first day and linked us up with his co-worker Ana. Ana was great to work with and very flexible with the areas we wanted to look at. She was amazing to work with and helped us right there on the spot. Carlos Higareda was our realtor when we purchased our Greenwood home in 2015. He was extremely conscientious and personable.

When we were ready to sell the home in the summer of 2020 we chose Carlos again as our listing agent. Carlos worked tirelessly to get our information out there and generated an incredible number of showings that culminated in several interested buyers and the sale of our home in a timely fashion. It was priced perfectly for the market.

We are currently using Carlos to find a new home for us in the Greenwood area.

Carlos has incorporated the technology of the EXP Realty links really well to simplify the selling and buying experience. The use of the Showtime app in particular was easy to use as sellers and it was extremely convenient. We were away from Greenwood for much of the time of the listing but we were able to ensure that showings were scheduled on line through the link that enabled us to control the times and to remotely de-alarm and re-alarm the house.

As sellers, Carlos provided routine market analysis reports so that we could stay in tune with market developments and help us understand pricing strategies. As buyers, Carlos is able to tailor listings to client needs and provides routine house information via e-mail within the price range, size and geographic area so that time is not wasted searching through multiple listings.

Carlos is extremely knowledgeable in the Indianapolis area real estate market. He listens well and is able to hone in on both seller and buyer needs.

We would not choose anyone else to work with us to either buy or sell a home in the Indianapolis real estate market. He is a 5 star real estate agent who we highly recommend.
