Carlos Lua is without a doubt the finest example of professionalism, expertise and kindness. Due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to complete the final clearing out of my house. Besides helping me navigate the selling of my house he went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me pack, clear out my house, getting a storage unit and basically finishing all the details I was unable to complete. Carlos Lua is everything you want in a realtor. He’s professional, very responsive, friendly and is always on top of things. I don’t know if we would have got as nice a house as we did in this tough market without his diligence and great work ethic. He’s also very knowledgeable and efficient. I can’t stress enough how much we appreciate his hard work. We were close to giving up and looking to rent again. He found us a gem of a house in our price range in the area we were looking to move to.

Don’t look any further for a better realtor. He is THE MAN!

Carlos really went above and beyond in helping us to sell our house and buy a new one. He showed us homes at odd hours, helped with repairs, and was always available when we had questions. He even helped us move, both for the open house, and when it was time to move into our new home! We were picky buyers under a lot of stress. We weren't always pleasant to work with, but he remained kind and optimistic throughout the process. His motto seems to be "going the extra mile," and it shows.
