Carlos Luque went absolutely above and beyond during our quite long (10 months) home buying process.

From the very beginning, Carlos always answered all my questions and help me understand the real estate process. During the 10 months of finding our forever home, Carlos was always willing to meet us at house showings, open houses, and gave detailed explanations as to what we should expect as we were walking through potential homes.

When it came offer stage, Carlos was able to guide us based on our capabilities and local and regional housing market to make strong and stand-out offers. Once our offer was selected and we entered the negotiation and contract stage, Carlos fought for us to get us the best price. Our closing couldn't have gone any smoother and we were able to close without any hiccups and Carlos answering our questions throughout the contract and closing stages.
