Carlos Martinez is the full-time branch manager and mortgage adviser for Vanmar Lending and enjoys helping people! He graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Finance and now lives in the Coachella Valley with his wife Kristen and their 6 fun-loving children. He enjoys weekend barbecues while creating memories with his family.

Carlos enjoys the challenges of structuring a tough file to give his clients the best financing options to make their dreams a reality. He also believes in open, direct communication to proactively prepare his clients for success. This belief is the foundation of Vanmar Lending.

Although lending may be stressful and involves a lot of mutual trust and strong communication, Carlos believes financing a home is one of the most important financial decisions a person can make and would be honored to be a lifelong resource for financing.
