Carlos has lived in Miami all his life. Graduated from Loyola High School, then F. I. U. with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and then received his J.D. (Law Degree) from NSU College of Law.
He was employed in the legal industry for 15 years while concurrently working in the real estate industry for over 12 years.

He's a family man with a wife and two God-sent sons ages 6 and 1.
