Carlos Semanate

Carlos has been an Illinois Realtor since 2013. He is affiliated to the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Realtors and Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. Known as a knowledgeable Real Estate Professional with over 10 years of experience serving Buyers and Sellers of residential properties. Carlos is bilingual English/Spanish and he grew up in Miami. He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors in Management.

He is active in many industry and community organizations, including the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Chicago Empire Soccer and The Illinois Special Olympics Torch Run, Carlos strives to continuously learn and contribute in a meaningful way to the needs of others. Carlos is extremely excited to be part of the Village Realty family.
