As a real estate agent, my main job is to generate leads for clients who want to buy, sell, or rent properties. I guide clients on current market conditions, prices, mortgages, and interest rates. To help clients get the best value, I compare properties and develop a competitive market price. I create lists that contain information on the location, features, square footage, and other critical details of real estate properties for sale.

I show properties to potential buyers and renters and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers. It's important to me to ensure that every party is satisfied with the terms of the purchase contract, which has been agreed to, so I review the contracts to ensure that all terms are met.

To promote the properties, I use ads, listings, and open houses. I also prepare contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, and other documents required for each real estate transaction.
