Carlotta McLean

Carlotta is a fifth generation Austinite who began her land brokerage career in 1994. Her background spans a range of land transactions including residential, commercial, ranch and investment properties.

She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to co-founding Riley-McLean Land, she gained valuable land-brokerage and business experience working with Land Advisors Organization, Wilson & Goldrick Realtors, Allen Real Estate and the Austin White Lime Company. Carlotta has represented every category of land buyer and seller through her career with her success attributable to dedication, hard work, and integrity.

Carlotta is active in the community, serving as a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, the Real Estate Council of Austin, the Urban Land Institute and Texas Alliance of Land Brokers. She is a past board member and capital campaign chair of Hill Country Conservancy and served as the first chair of the board for Robinson Family Management for her family. She is currently the President of the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society, serves on the board of the Colorado River Land Trust and on the Robinson Owners Council.

Carlotta’s husband, Bill McLean, is a land-use attorney. Carlotta and Bill have two sons, William and John Henry.
