Mr. Brown earned his Bachelor’s degree at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, and his Associate degree in Construction Management at Cuesta Community College. A lifelong entrepreneur, his company Green Sustainable Solutions & Consultants underscores his passion for energy efficient building. Carlton earned the following designations: BPI Building Analyst, Solar Heating Installation, EverBlue LEED, ESP LEED (Energy Efficiency Sales Professional), and CCSE at the Center for California Sustainable Energy in San Diego. He also completed Solar Sales, Design, & Estimation, Green Building and Retrofits, and Pre-Apprenticeship Training at Mira Costa College.
An environment advocate with a mission to make a difference in someone’s life, Mr. Brown founded a non-profit organization, Petrahouse, Inc. Petrahouse mission is to provide long-term sustainable housing solutions to guide and support the most vulnerable individuals and families reducing the homeless population in San Diego and urban communities.
Carlton is a real estate investor and has been licensed as a manufactured home salesperson. He is the Founder, President and CEO of Complete Home Buyers, LLC which is a real estate company with a team of Realtors®, Mortgage Lenders, Credit Repair Adviser, Grant Consultant, and other skilled professionals.
As an active member of NAREB since 2009, Carlton leads the NAREB Education Committee since 2010. In 2019, he became the President of California Association of Real Estate Brokers (CAREB) and he is a current board member of CAREB Region 15. Mr. Brown also became the Western Regional VP of Southern California in 2020-2021.
Mr. Carlton Brown is a 35-year Deacon at his local Christian church and is a Faith-based Committee from 2019-2021
