Carmen Anchorena

Since Carmen arrived in Sarasota in 2000, she fell in love with the place.

Carmen is originally from Peru, and like many who emigrate to this country, she came looking for the American dream. Carmen was given that dream when she was able to buy her first home in 2001.

And later, she was able to get her license as a Realtor so she could help others achieve that American dream.

Carmen was a lawyer back in Peru and those 10 years of experience in that profession as a negotiator plus the knowledge gained in her current profession have allowed her to help get homes for many families and managed to be the top seller for many years in the company in which she worked.

Now as a broker of her own company, Carmen's mission is to train Agents not only to put their knowledge, commitment, and professionalism to helping buyers and sellers but also their hearts because she considers that the motto of her company. Is not only to transmit safety and knowledge to their customers but also heart in the effort, getting the best for their clients not only for their homes but for their investments. It is their motto that when you get your house, you feel completely satisfied, and happy with your purchase and makes that experience the best possible.
