I'd just like to shout out to Carmen and team for their great service. We were long distance buyers a several years ago and Carmen held our hand the entire way. And I guess, what I'd like to say and appreciate most is the service after the sale. Carmen keeps in touch with us, even with things like resources -- do you know a tree guy, do you know this, do you know that? During the storm back in November she even checked in to see if we needed anything and if we were OK. She's not a once and done! She truly cares about her clients and knows her stuff! Highly recommend the entire team - great people!

When my husband’s health began to decline, at his request, I moved us back from the East Coast to his home state of Washington and we settled in the beautiful lakeside community of Sudden Valley. My husband passed away this past summer and I knew when you lose a loved one you are advised not to make major changes for a year. But for me, it felt right to say goodbye to our home in Bellingham and for me to return to Florida to be nearer my family.

To sell my home, I chose the Weitzel Team for many reasons: their sterling reputation, the breadth of their team members’ capabilities, and their proven strategic marketing. Because I was still in mourning, besides an effective real estate team to help me sell my home, I needed the intangible qualities of “hand holding,” sensitivity to my situation and the “value added” I knew this winning team could provide.

Everyone on the team was top notch, but partners Chris Weitzel and Carmen Andrew were exemplary, working seamlessly together to sell my home at the best price for buyer and seller, with the best conditions for both parties and in the quickest amount of time. We listed on a Thursday and had a spectacular pending offer at the weekend’s Open House.

Bottom line: Not only are Chris and Carmen extremely knowledgeable, experienced and responsive during the sales process, but warm, genuine and extremely likable.

They were a joy to work with at a time when I thought I couldn’t imagine feeling joy again.

20 stars for Carmen and her team, who went far above and beyond for us. Our move included lots of unexpected twists and turns in a very hot market. Carmen patiently navigated the process with us (even taking care of details that most other agents wouldn't) and made the process go very smoothly. Every single call was returned in a timely and courteous fashion. Every question answered (sometimes a few times) with patience and caring. There is just such a long list of good things to say about Carmen that I can't decide where to begin. I watched her negotiate one of our offers, and she was calm, clear and confident. At the end of it all, we deemed her Super Agent (she's even in my phone that way HAH) because of her incredible service to us, and when we finally arrived at our new home, she'd left us personalized gifts, a donation to one of our favorite causes, and amazing warranty for our new home. As a buyer, Carmen expertly took all my needs into consideration to arrange a short-list of places in Bellingham that might be a good fit.
